Job Purpose

Job Responsibility

The role involves developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns, qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into sales opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline to track progress towards sales goals. Additionally, the CRM Manager provides data-driven insights to support sales and marketing efforts, ensures seamless integration between the CRM system and other relevant dealership systems, and implements robust data security measures to protect customer privacy and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
