Job Purpose

Leveraging customer data and technology to drive sales growth and profitability. This entails overseeing the strategic implementation and optimization of customer relationship management systems and processes to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The CRM Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at maximizing the lifetime value of customers. 

Job Responsibility

Responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive CRM system to capture, analyze, and utilize customer data effectively. This includes optimizing lead generation, enhancing lead conversion, improving customer retention, enabling data-driven decision-making, and streamlining sales processes. The role involves developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns, qualifying and nurturing leads to convert them into sales opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline to track progress towards sales goals. Additionally, the CRM Manager provides data-driven insights to support sales and marketing efforts, ensures seamless integration between the CRM system and other relevant dealership systems, and implements robust data security measures to protect customer privacy and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Senior School Certification with 10+ years of experience  in customer relationship management or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry.

Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in the automotive industry. At least 5 yrs  in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems and strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales pipeline management.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing and implementing CRM software and systems tailored to the automotive industry
  • Ability to analyze customer data effectively to derive actionable insights for improving sales, customer retention, and marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles, including customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and retention tactics.
